Unfortunately I dont know of any other ramps in Delacroix except for the ones by the Bait shop down there. You could try launching back in Chalmette. There's a few wharfs and piers on the main road before you take that left to get to Delacroix. I know exactly what you mean as far as not getting the boat out. I dont have a 4x4 and have to get others to stand on the bed when pulling out.
