Mike Stuart said… - Drift fished Mosquito Lagoon from my kayak on the Monday after Easter. Put in at Eddy Creek. Drifted for an hour out into lagoon. Took two and a half hours of paddling to get back. Caught nothing but catfish and only saw one trout. Met one other kayaker and two waders. No one had done any better than I did. Disappointing because the snook were jumping into the boat near Ormond Beach the day before.
