I caught a 33 pound amberjack in 1992 off a 12 boat out of Galveston. It was a brutal fight and is the largest fish I have caught to date.

Caught 20 snook( all below slot ) yesterday plus two big trout around 7lbs each in Titusville. I saw plenty of slot and over slot fish but just couldn't convert. So much for this season.

Hi Grayson, the best time to fish for Yellows is June thru Sept sometimes depends on the water. The cost of the trip aboard the Thunderbird was $135 overnite, some boats less, some more, depends on where you catch it and if there are some deals. Boat loads are pretty low and going during the week is better! Hope you make it out here as the albies, bluefin and yellowfin are within 1 day boat catchs today!
