I had a revelation today about the smoked fish my grandfather use to make. Over the years I've just forgot about it's deliciousness - now I plan on making it myself.Do any of you guys smoke your own fish? I've read up on soaking in brine and letting it dry. But what smoker should I use?See More

Great painting. Heading to Dauphin Island in a couple weeks, hope to catch a few reds. Had 25-30 Knot winds last trip-- hope that's not the case this time.

What are you favorite lures when going after reds and trout on the gulf coast? I've been using spooks and mirrOlures.
