I live in the Florida Keys and I am trying to find someone from Australia who has been to the states and can compare your fishing to ours. There seems to be a lot of similarities. Thanks, Jo

Hi Bob,
I used to commerical fish for Yellow Tail Snapper and prefer bottom fishing more than trolling. I have surf fished off of beaches and jetties in north Florida. I used to go off the Gulf Coast 80 miles to troll for Gag Grouper and get oysters in the winter months along with Red Fish, Trout and Whitings. I have also caught a lot of Spanish Mackeral and sharks over there. I have been ice fishing in Canada without a lot of success. Rivers and canals for Bass. But my favorite is here in the Keys. I have the Ocean on one side and the Bay on the other. I have caught almost everything there is to offer here except a Sword Fish. I don't know what your Tailor looks like or if I have caught anything similiar. Need to look that one up. Tight lines to you too.
Jo
