"Are you using mud minnows, shrimp, or mullet on a bottom rig or maybe even a float? I like the incoming tide myself. We are going to clean up our boat and have the oil changed this weekend so we are ready to go. See you out there!"

Hey Norma, morning. We went out last weekend for a bit and it was still a bit COOL on the water even though it was 87. Got burned too. You would not believe how many people were stuck in the mud when we were comming back in. Its was the scarest thing iv ever witnessed. We were comming in and all of a sudden your in a foot of water. Had motor trimmed as much as possible and still was in the mud moving very slowly. 1 foot of water until you get to the dock. No kidding either. People were pissed at how its changed there. Saying its from the new core barges. So i won't be comming or goin at low tide again. Thought i lost my motor. We flushed the motor as soon as we got home. Anyway, we use squid, mullet, shrimp. We have only bottom fished. Look forward to hookin up with ya'll. Let us know when.
