Hey Steve, nice to see a report from Oak Hill. We stayed there for a week in March. Had a blast caught some big Black Drum. The Reds had lock jaw though. Beautiful area.

made it out sunday, being a charter Captain and Eco tour guide for some out of towners. They did manage to catch a few trout, flounder and sharks were everywhere, with one hook up and it got away. Good time in the Wassaw Sound.

i reallylike days like that! because the action never stops, even though you allways want a stringe full. right now here in the Coastal Bend the fishing is none stop red and trout. limit here are 20in-28in red fish and trout are15in-25 and 1 over 25in per person. well continue to fish on!!! i'll be going back out hopefully this week 7-13-15-09 if work doesnt bother me!!!!LOL "FISH ON"
My son and I just got back, (07.03.09) One nice trout and one 20" Red. We landed about 15 Reds total, but most were too small. Fall should be great over here. Live Shrimp under a popping cork.
