I live in the Florida Keys and I am trying to find someone from Australia who has been to the states and can compare your fishing to ours. There seems to be a lot of similarities.

Tony, you may want to try as little lead as possible so as the bait drifts down, you may pick up more than you think. We do this when fishing for snapper and kingies on the banks down here.
