I am writing you this letter to let you know of a loophole in the Fluke Laws. Its called set asides. What it means if you have enough money you will have a great Fluke season. Thanks to the NFI, the national fisheries puts 3% of the fluke catch up to the highest bidder the going price is $3.00 a pound and climbing.
