I currently live in southern California and the state government along with the Marine Life Protection Agency (MLPA). Is trying to close all of the California coast to recreational fishing as well as commercial fishing, which means you will not be able to fish anywhere off the 1100 miles of California coastline. "if you dont want the colors to bleed keep them separate however, some brands do not bleed specifically MC Swimbaits they do not bleed ....ever"

"I prefer to keep mine seperate just in case of bleeding. the one thing I havealso experienced is when u leave a colored jighead in a swimbait it will bleed into the plastic. But it might also depend on the brand of the plastic or head."

The MLPA Implementation Team has double-crossed fishermen and other consumptives with their blatant bias for the anti-fishing faction. Hi, that's what we all thought at first too but, wrong color and it didn't have the nice row of upper and lower teeth that are real obvious on the lizard fish,along with the arrow head jaw, but it did have teeth in the secondary row and it has lips on it like a tom cod, but thinner. what was interesting about it was the Mackeral like pattern on the side. I am still researching, as in 40 years of fishing, we have never seen one of these.
