North Carolina Redfish/Carp

I primarily fish for Red Drum and Common Carp. The fly rod is my weapon of choice but I will turn to spinning and bait casting rods when the winds pick up. I own a 1997 17' Pathfinder flats boat with a poling platform and remote operated 65# trolling motor. I fish between Ceder Island NC south to Holden Beach NC. I will fish coastal areas every chance I get but will turn to fresh water lakes in the Piedmont when time and weather conflicts arise. Drum and Carp both tail in the flats and both… Continue
