Hey Rod welcome aboard. I fish a little farther south than you, Morehead to Holden Beach. I can be found in the flats on my 17' Pathfinder. Like you I'm from WF.

North Carolina Redfish/Carp

I primarily fish for Red Drum and Common Carp. The fly rod is my weapon of choice but I will turn to spinning and bait casting rods when the winds pick up. I own a 1997 17' Pathfinder flats boat with a poling platform and remote operated 65# trolling motor. I fish between Ceder Island NC south to Holden Beach NC.
