No we haven't gone fishing here yet... still a bit "nippy" for me... We'll be going down to  the keys at the end of the month for spring break so I'll be doing some fishing down there. Let you girls know how it all goes... Good luck!

Hey there Cheryl.  I've been fishing the surf with light tackle.  Had 2 break offs which could very well have been black drum, but was able to have fresh whiting all week.  I haven't fished port o, but my 2 good fishing buddies are going to try to get down there this year, and I'm going to spend at least one day there with them.  They love port o.  They've got green lights off their pier on Moses Lake and have said the reds over the lights have been monsters.  We're gonna fish the lights tomorrow night, was going tonight but we had a lot of rain early this morning so I figured we'd better wait til tomorrow.  We shall see, saw the weather and said we may have wind tomorrow and that would put off our fishing another night =(  Keep me posted on your catching!

Donna, I see you live in Galveston. I hope you survived Ike without much trouble. I understand the vertigo, I too have Rheamatoid Arthritis and know what it can be like to be limited. That is actually how this product was born. I needed a dry spot to keep my medication and a cold drink while I was out wade fishing and would stalk fish miles away from the boat. Not wanting to walk back to the boat we had to get creative:~)

Do you ever fisg any tournaments? Have you ever fish Port O'Connor? We are located due east of Victoria. Port O'Connor is a sleepy little fishing town that comes to life on the weekends. I just love it here

Thank you and hopefully we can chat again

I love you and your husband's wade fishing caddy.  I love to wade fish but do not get the chance to go like I used to, same with fishing in my kayak...vertigo has severely limited both of these fun past times of mine.  But I still wade fish if and when I can find a partner.

Hi, I'm Cheryl /aka ladywadefisher. I've just joined saltwater-index. Looking forward to seeing what you ladies are catching. I am interested in forming a ladies wade fishing group to enter tournaments. Anyone in the Texas area?

You can find me stalking the flats and shallow waters of Matagorda Bay for trout and red fish.

My husband and I also invented the Ultimate Wade Fishing Caddy and are bringing it to market. Check it out
