Jigging for flounder

What's your go to jig(s) for flounder?

I've been having a lot of success with the Gulp Alive Pogy. You can fish this stuff like cut bait.

I use a fluke killer style jig I make for myself. Favorite color is Chartreuse, and usually use a large strip of fresh cut croaker or bluefish, however last summer saw excellent results using Gulp alive 5" jerk shad.
