Fished Pine Island Sound last week and everything caught was either to big by inches or to small by 1/2 inch. Couldn't win one if I paid someone. Caught reds, flounder, sea trout, lizard fish, and even some blue crab but none could be kept.

So what am I missing?  Been fishing the grass flats off Homosassa for four days and haven't caught a keeper anything so far?!  Suggestions welcome!

WE are looking for a  vehicle hitch mount mobility scooter lift with a 1 1/4 inch hitch reciever shaft. To carry and lift my wife's rascal 200 mobility scooter that weighs 55 pounds on the rear of our suv. Being old & on social security, we can't afford the price of a new one.  If anyone has a lift  that is not being used and wants to get rid of it. Call us at (407)339-2492 H  or (407)810-6325 C.

The fishing should be very good in April, to include Tarpon.  The rates for chartering a guide should be the same, they usually don't change their rates from season to season.  Good luck

Thanks, Michael;  I gather from rental rates that the season changes from March to April... Do you  think the fishing might change much then, as well.  I've been out of FL many years, although I have fished in the 'Glades in Sep/Oct/Nov and Feb/Mar, which was great.  Suppose April will be much different?

I have a friend who lives in Lecanto and fishes both places and tells me the fishing has been very good in both places, torut, refish, snook, drum, sheepshead.

Computer crashed and that, plus some other problems, caused me to lose you guys for almost a year!  I grew up in central FL and greatly enjoy following your reports from NC.  I hope to get down your way around April and am wondering what the fishing might be like in the Crystal River/Homossassa areas then.  Anyone have any guidance?  Thanks.

Thanks, Michael!

freespool- both places will be productive but I would lean towards Sebastian Inlet to be the most productive of the two.
