What type of fish is out there now in the boston north shore for surf casters? fluke, porgies?

Just moved to the area, would love to meet a good fishing bud for surfcasting and beers. Show me the spots from the cape to boston's north shore. Thinks about investing in a fly setup, any pointers?

There barley any fish out there yet, once you see the dandelions bloom, then use uly tautoug will start to show up, and once the water starts to hit 60 degrees Fahrenheit then Porgies, AKA Scup, say it right if ur in mass, u call them Scup. so yea.
thanks for the info bud. Where the f are the dandelions, lol. Just have to enjoy the motorcycle until the water warms up.
