I know this is the Cape discussion, but I went out in the Boston Harbor a few days ago and caught some mid size stripers 20-30" some of them had sea lice. If they are already showing in Boston Harbor then I would imagine they are down the Cape as well (specially if the herring are there).
Just got back from the canal this morning and caught 2. Both were schoolies but decent size. Another guy who was fishing across the herring run from me said he caught a keeper though it looked a little short to me. They are here you just have to catch the right tide.
