 ing efforts began in 1977, The Coastal Conservation Association has su
 pported our fisheries and coastal wildlife habitats to the benefit of 
 all of us who spend our free time enjoying the bounties of the sea. It
  is because of this organization that catching redfish is now commonpl
 ace, whereas only a few years ago reds were at risk of being wiped out
 .\n\nWe should all be extremely proud to be a part of this success and
  honored in the knowledge that it is our memberships in CCA and our pa
 rticipation in CCA events that enable the efforts in place now to prot
 ect and restock other fisheries and to restore and preserve the habita
 ts that these fisheries need to flourish. The CCA and its many benefic
 iaries thank you for making a monumental difference!\n\nOur 2009 Austi
 n chapter banquet was a resounding success…\n\nThank you all for you
 r help and participation!\n\nThe CCA banquet has become Austin’s lar
 gest fundraiser event for Texas conservation and Texas outdoors. This
